Intelligent Movement is “Going Green.” I would like to leave this planet in better shape than I found it. By implementing green alternatives, I hope to inspire my clients and competitors to do the same. I am constantly improving my efforts to conduct business in environmentally-friendly ways.
Green Works: I have purchased “Green Works” cleaning solution so we can breathe easy. It is a natural dilutable cleaner made with biodegradable plant and mineral-based ingredients and cleans without leaving behind any harsh chemical fumes or residue.
Recycled Area: The studio is in a “recycled area” of the fitness area (formerly a racquetball room). We kept the hardwood floors, added some electrical and placed parachute material half way up the wall to decrease noise and filter the light. Since, though I have turned out the overhead fluorescent lighting and have added floor lighting with CFL lights for a more soothing experience.
Paperless: I am in the process of going paperless with your daily exercise sheets.
If we all do our little part, we can achieve tremendous results!
