Pilates Classes

Intelligent Movement Pilates Studio has been serving the Dubuque area with specialized equipment-based Pilates classes since January 2006. The studio aims to provide the same convenient, quality service that has made the studio a leader in the Pilates industry.

Group Pilates Class sessions last 40 minutes.

Silver Pilates Class sessions last 30 minutes.

Private - one on one instruction providing complete focused attention to your needs and goals for 1 hour (1 client) $50 plus tax

Duet - shared class for 1 hour (2 coed clients)  $40 plus tax

Trio - shared class for 1 hour (3 coed clients) $30 plus tax

Group Pilates - shared class for 40 minutes (5 coed clients) $10 plus tax

Pilates for Men - shared class for 40 minutes (5 male clients) $10 plus tax

Silver Pilates - shared class for 30 minutes (3 coed clients) $10 plus tax

Punch Card (expiration date of 3 months) - 12 punch $100 plus tax; 25 punch $200 plus tax
